職位要求: |
Duties and Responsibilities: Verify staff attendance and maintain accurate records of leaves. Precisely calculate and process payroll, including commissions, taxes, employee benefits, leaves, and other relevant payroll information. Maintain payroll records, generate payroll reports, and ensure accurate and timely data entry into the payroll system. Handle records related to Social Security Funds and Taxes, such as M2/M2A and M3/M4. Monitor payroll procedures and processes to ensure compliance with legal requirements, staying updated with changes in Macau's Labour Law. Respond to payroll-related inquiries and promptly resolve any issues. Participate in ad hoc and special projects aimed at enhancing payroll processes and other HR-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements: A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Finance is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll-related positions, preferably in the retail sector. Familiarity with Macau's Labour Law and regulations. Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and pay attention to detail. Strong coordination and interpersonal skills. High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Macau ID holder. Fluency in Cantonese & English and proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
